The torque on this hinge is dialed in perfectly—it holds the 7" monitor at any angle without sagging, yet adjusts with one hand. Even after a full day of rigging, the metal arm hasn't loosened a millimeter. Exactly what I needed for studio work.

The all-metal build gives this hinge a reassuring heft, and it locks down my Touch 7″ with zero flex during handheld runs. Swapped out the stock plastic one and the extra rigidity is immediately noticeable.

The hinge mechanism locks into place with a satisfyingly solid click, and my monitor has zero wobble even when I'm running cables with the rig tilted. Installation was straightforward, and it feels much more dependable than the stock plastic setup.
