Shoeps B 5 – Bonnette anti pop

Was a bit skeptical about foam vs metal mesh, but this one cuts plosives cleanly without muffling my voice during podcast recording. The fit on my mic stand was snug and secure.

Finally, a pop filter that actually stays put on the mic stand without sliding down. The foam is dense enough to kill plosives even when I'm speaking close-up, and it doesn't muffle the highs like some cheaper fabric ones do.

Pop filters have always felt flimsy to me, but this one's acoustic foam is firm yet forgiving, and it sits perfectly in front of my mic without any boom noise. The close-talk protection is exactly what I needed for podcasting, and my plosives are completely gone now.
