Needed a solid 10-meter cable to connect my workstation to the router in the next room, and this shielded Cat 6 with the aluminum tape handles interference from nearby power cables perfectly. The copper conductors feel sturdy, and it clicks in securely at both ends without any slack.

Pulled a 10-meter run through my ceiling conduit for a new office setup and the copper conductors handled the bends without any signal hiccups. The 250 MHz rating feels right for my gigabit connection, and the grey PVC jacket looks neat against the wall.
